About the Event
Sustaining the Sustainers: Support for Professionals
When you spend your days caring for others—as a social worker, peer supporter, nurse, first responder, home health aide, or someone tending to an ill or aging family member—you absorb a lot. This group is specifically for caregivers who are carrying the cumulative weight of these roles: the compassion fatigue, the boundary erosion, and the grief that comes from tending to others’ needs, perhaps at the expense of your own. A confidential, caring space to acknowledge and reflect, while exploring ways to remain connected to your own inner resources and sense of purpose. Facilitated by Casey Rae.
