Got kids who are interested in Martial Arts? We've got a fantastic instructor who knows how to introduce them to the basics in a fun way! JT's Martial Arts will be leading this class for Kids AND their Grownup Guardians or Parents. Come learn some Jiu Jitsu movement fundamentals together!

About the Event
Let's learn how to control our energy and use it for good in our world. JT will lead kids and grownups in some animal-inspired exercises. Children will be working and playing with their gaurdians/parents as JT leads this class that will build strength, discipline. confidence, and prevent bullying!
