Let’s come together this spring to create Restored Lives and a Revived City 🌷
Master of Ceremonies: Rashan Williams, Jr., Founder of Shifted Theory Youth Mentoring

Rashan is the founder of Shifted Theory Youth Mentoring, where he serves the youth and communities in the Pacific Northwest, as well as providing Restorative Justice to K-12 school settings. As a child of an incarcerated parent, Rashan had to navigate life through a different set of lenses. It was through those lenses that drove his passion for focusing on youth who were in similar situations and had slipped through the cracks. With a rich background in youth advocacy, he aims to inspire the kids he works with to reach their full potential in life and teaches them mentorship to give back, pay it forward and raise up the next generation that follows.
Guest Speaker: Ryanne Smith, MSW, ACSW, Clinical Director for Restored & Revived

Ryanne is the Clinical Director of Restored & Revived. With extensive experience developing community-centered programs and mental health services, Ryanne is passionate about integrating clinical care with peer-led recovery models to create sustainable pathways of healing for all.
Guest Speaker: Melody Nosko, Registered Nurse in Clark County

With 22 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, her passion for caring for others was shaped through both professional and personal experience. After a profound personal loss and walking through her own healing journey with mental health, Melody discovered her calling in mental health care, where she can advocate for patients on a deeper level to get them access to life-changing mental health services.
Guest Speaker: Brian Norris, Executive Directive of Live Love Outreach &
