INSTRUCTOR: GILLIAN SUKACHEVIN, MSPT, PHC
Gillian is a Pelvic Health Certified Physical Therapist who has gained a vast and diverse history of experience working in Asia and the United States. She developed a special interest in treating abdominal and pelvic floor conditions after becoming a mother. Gillian understands the impact that pain and pelvic floor dysfunctions can have on pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause and other natural life transitions. She has a deep passion for creating efficient strategies so that people can enjoy the activities they love and continue to care for themselves and their loved ones without suffering.
