About the Event
It’s Not Just You: Managing Stress and Anxiety for Parents and Guardians
Being a parent or guardian can mean a lot of pressure without much support. For many of us, that weight includes financial stress, social strain, and the particular challenges of raising children with unique or complex needs. And sometimes the anxiety isn’t just about the kids or the bills—it’s a deeper unease about the world they’re growing up in. This group is for parents and caregivers who are stretched thin, anxious, or just exhausted from the daily demands of raising kids while managing everything else. We’ll focus on self-regulation, overall nourishment, nervous system care, as well as nurturing the kind of presence we want to bring to our families and communities. Come as you are.
