About the Event
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Taylor Frakes has been a personal trainer and nutrition coach, helping people with their health and fitness for 15 years now. She has a very extensive background personally and professionally in gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, and competitive bodybuilding. Her current focus is on exercising to feel good, strong and functional. Taylor specializes in building healthy relationships with food and your body, general health, women's hormones, muscle building, prenatal and postpartum fitness, weight loss, strength training, sports specific training, nutrition, and overall health and fitness.
